Publications and Presentations
The participants should adhere to the above mentioned topics while submitting.
The abstracts submitted for publication should be prepared in English.
Authors are expected to submit for consideration abstracts of no more than
two A4 pages with diagrams and tables - by
25 December 2007. The
abstracts must contain new and credible information and present a deep knowledge
of water resource systems management under extreme conditions.
All submissions should be done via e-mail
waterextreme@sibico.com.

Make sure that the following information is included in your materials:
- Authors' full name, position and office address;
- Topic of the Conference;
- Title of a presentation;
- Three-six key words (for identification);
- E-mail, postal address, telephone and fax numbers
There are two forms of presentation:
- Oral presentation
- Poster presentation
The Programme Committee will review all the abstracts, accept them either
for oral or poster presentations. Authors of the abstracts accepted for
oral or poster presentation will be notified by
10 March 2008 and
will be requested to submit full versions of papers by
31 March 2008.
The full versions of papers should not contain more than 8 A4 pages and
should be prepared in two languages (formatting guidelines will be sent
additionally). If you are not fluent in Russian language, reviewed abstracts
and papers accepted for presentation will be translated into Russian by Conference Secretariat.
Simultaneous submission of abstracts and full versions of papers is preferable,
as it optimizes and expedites reviewing and publication.
In case the Programme Committee accepts your paper for the presentation
at the Conference, at least one of the authors of an article should register
and participate in the conference.
Authors of the reports cover all the costs connected with the participation in the conference.

The conference registration fee covers: participation in the conference,
admittance to the exhibition, a copy of conference proceedings, a "delegate
wallet", a CD-ROM with conference publications, an exhibition catalogue,
simultaneous translation, two daily coffee breaks, one sight-seeing tour.
Accompanying person fee covers: free admission to the fair, evening
reception and one sight-seeing tour.
Additional fee for networking events:
Evening reception - 60 EUR
2 lunches (4-5 June) - 50 EUR

Sightseeing
Alongside participation in the conference organisers will elaborate
sightseeing program so that you have a unique possibility to take a tour
around Moscow - one of the Russian cities with a very interesting and ancient
history. Here you can find wonderful cathedrals, ancient churches and world
famous museums. Moscow city tour will enable you to see the unique architecture
of old city represented by classical and modern styles. Organisers hope
that you will enjoy your stay in Moscow in summer, which is certainly the
best season to visit this wonderful city.
