In 2006 during the previous edition of ECWATECH our forum was audited by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry UFI. The UFI is the UFI is the association of the world's leading tradeshow organisers and fairground owners, as well as the major national and international associations of the exhibition industry, and its partners. It represents 529 member organisations. It's quality label is a certification of the highest level of professional exhibition standards. At the moment only 67 out of the more than 2000 exhibition were labeled as UFI approved event.
The results of the independent audit:

656 exhibitors, including 194 international from 29 countries

Visiting ECWATECH

We are pleased to inform you that the entrance to ECWATECH-2008 is free. Since the ECWATECH is for specialists we ask everybody visiting the exhibition to register. Registration is also necessary in case you received an invitation card to visit the exhibition.


Attention! Visitors of the exhibition can register online on our website.

Please fill out the registration form for every employee of your company visiting the exhibition.
If all the details are filled out you will see a registration number. Write down this number and show your registration number at the Express Registration desk, it is on your left hand you have entered Pavilion 2 of the Crocus Expo. After showing this number you will receive your badge, permitting you to enter the exhibition all 4 of the exhibition days. Please don't loose your badge. Register on line.


Register at the exhibition
The Registration desk is situated on your left hand after you have entered Pavilion 2 of the Crocus Expo. You will have to register before you can visit the exhibition. Ask for the visitors form, fill it out and hand it in at the Registration desk. If all the details are filled out, you immediately will receive the badge. This badge will be valid during the days of the exhibition, so please look after it.

We kindly ask you to follow the registration procedure and provide us with the necessary information if ask for.

How to get to the exhibition?

We would like to inform you that we free transfer exhibitors and visitors. The shuttles will depart from the nearest metro station (Strogino). More detailed information on the transfer and other ways of transport to the Crocus Expo can be found here.

Foreign visitors and non-Muscovites

If you will stay in a hotel in Moscow, need a transfer, visa support, need to order a train ticket or an airline ticket we recommend you to contact our travel agents.
Please be informed that these services are not for free. Payment can be done by bank transfer or by credit card (ask the travel agent)

Useful information for visitors - how to make your visit successful

As professional organizers of business events we try to create the best conditions for our exhibitors in order they can work most productively. It is a matter of great importance to us that the ECWATECH helps you with your business development.

In order to gain maximum effect from your visit to the exhibition:
- Plan your work in advance
Set clear goals - what do you want to achieve at the exhibition? Arrange meetings with companies that are of interest. A list of all the companies exhibiting is published on our site with a short description of the companies,
- Plan your route around the exhibition hall
The floor plan can help you to plan this route. The floor plan will also be published in the Exhibition Route Planner, which you will get upon registering.
- Register in advance by filling out the registration form on our site. If you register online you will not have to stand in line at the Registration desk, this will safe you time.
- Bring enough business cards with you to the exhibition
After visiting the ECWATECH we recommend you to have a close look at the information you collected at the exhibition and make sure you place your new contacts in your contact base.


The ECWATECH forum program is so wide in 2008, it is almost impossible for one specialist to attend all the events taking place and not miss any of them.
The ultimate effect from participation at ECWATECH congress and exhibition might be achieved with the participation of experts' delegation.

How not to miss anything

As every year, the ECWATECH consists of two parts: the exhibition and the congress - a good mixture of technology demonstration and discussion of problems with key players.

Entrance to the exhibition is for free, but if you want to attend the conferences, please be informed that you will have to pay the registration fee.
