More than a month remains until the exhibition. We kindly remind you to promote your stand at the exhibition by using the invitation cards we sent you. Please make sure to first contact Exhibition Management to get the final confirmation of your stand number.
On the invitation card please write down your stand details:

We are glad to inform you that within the frameworks of IWA Regional Conference on Membrane Technologies a special session "Nanotechnology-enabled membranes for water quality control" will be organised. The session is proposed and supported by PERMEANT (Partnership for Education and Research in Membrane Nanotechnologies).

Advances in nanotechnology offer new possibilities for membrane manufacture and development of a spectrum of new generation membranes. Such membranes should allow new strategies for alleviating fouling, degrading pollutants, and performing high flux separations. This session focuses on the interface between nanotechnology and membrane science and includes two principal themes: 1) development of nanomaterial-enabled membranes and 2) control of membrane fouling. Contributions are invited that address fundamental nanomaterials chemistry and materials science as applied to membrane-based water quality control technologies. Relevant topics for papers submitted to this session include but are not limited to: polymer nanocomposite membranes (e.g. nanoparticle-filled organo-mineral membranes, fiber-reinforced membranes, porous and dense mixed-matrix membranes), nanotechnology-enabled schemes for the mitigation of membrane fouling, membranes with built-in nanoparticle-based functionalities (e.g. catalysis, sensing, sorption, controlled release, etc), nanostructured ceramic membranes for hybrid separation-oxidation processes.

Please be informed that the deadline for submitting the Order Form #2 (order for turn-key equipped stand), # 2A (order for fascia inscription and logo), #2B (order for extra exhibition, power and water supply) and #3 (order for extra services, incl. stand cleaning) to the Organizer is the 24th of March 2008.
After that date the prices will be increased by 50%.
