The conference will be a platform for meeting of specialists involved in different aspects of water resources management. Participants will gather to discuss the current state and methods of water resources management under extreme conditions and present results of the latest research in order to provide possible trends for further development of resources management policy. The representatives of World Meteorological Organization are expected to present the Integrated Flood Management concept, and this will be a good opportunity to consider the needs and advances of flood management policy as well. Besides, International Network of Basin Organisation (INBO) intends to hold special conference session that will promote including water organizations on the territory of FSU in single Global Network by creation of their own network.
